"Nauubos ang time ko sa work. Can I still have a business?"

Good question, and this usually stops most people from starting ANY business.

But the answer is, alot of great businesses out there were started part time, while may

work yung may ari or nasa college pa.

So how do you do it?

I give my partners this advise, that can be used in almost any crisis situations:

the 3 Rs: Realize, Relax & Refocus.

1st is to realize your situation:

Do you see yourself 5, 10, 20 years from now, na nandiyan ka pa rin sa work mo?

If not, then do you prefer to have a business that earns for you so you can either (or get them both) have more money and more time?

Let it sink in. Kailangan alam mo situation mo and alam mo yung gusto mong mangyari.

Next is to relax.

Chillax lang.

Pag masyado kang pressured, hindi ka makakapag-isip. Walang mangyayaring maganda kung highly emotional tayo...

I'll ask you, kapag ba galit na galit ka, marami ka bang nagagawang tama, o may mga bagay kang nagagawa or nasasabi na after a while pinagsisisihan mo?

The best decisions and the best actions are made when the mind is relaxed. Nakakapag-isip tayo sa tamang wisyo.

So napaka importante nito. Now maraming ways para magrelax, and by

far the fastest is the instant relaxation technique.

This technique, used by most high performance athletes, and top businessmen, ginagamit nila pag "crunch time". Kapag napaka critical na ng mga dapat gawin.

Third is to refocus.

Kailangan lang ishift ang mga priorities.

I'm not saying don't focus on your work. You should.

Binabayaran ka so magbigay ka ng tama. Pero iwan sa work ang mga dapat sa work. Then spend more time on your business.
